Faris Bandak, PhD
Dr. Bandak is a Professor at the Department of Neurology, F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. His research interests include mechanisms of injury and its causation. He is the Associate Editor of the International Journal of Crashworthiness and held positions of National Expert in Injury Biomechanics and Director of Head Injury Research at the US Department of Transportation. He has published extensively including books and book chapters on Injury Biomechanics and in particular the Biomechanics of Traumatic Brain Injury.
