Ann Dell-Duncan, PhD, JD & Wells Hively, PhD
Dr. Wells Hively specializes in psychological assessment of persons accused of abuse, especially young persons. By bringing the latest technology and research into perspective, Dr. Hively, along with his wife, Dr. Ann Duncan-Hively use their combined talents at the intersection of psychology and the law. They bring forty years of experience gained from training at Harvard, the University of Kansas and Franklin Pierce Law School, Professorships at the University of Minnesota and Yeshiva University in New York City, direction of Spaulding youth Center (a residential treatment center for boys) and private practice in St. Louis, Missouri and Bermuda.
