Nancy Hollander, JD
Ms. Hollander, is a nationally recognized criminal defense lawyer, from the Albuquerque, New Mexico firm of Freedman Boyd Hollander Goldberg Ives & Duncan P.A.
A past President of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, her
practice is largely devoted to criminal trials and appeals, including those involving
national security issues. She has also been counsel in civil rights cases, forfeitures and
administrative hearings, and has argued and won a case involving religious freedom in
the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Hollander has taught in numerous trial practice programs, and has spoken at
seminars in the United States and Europe on various subjects including the securing of
evidence in international cases, forfeiture, illegal search and seizure, expert witnesses,
defense of child abuse cases, ethics, evidence, and trial practice and has written
extensively on these and other criminal law topics.
