Katherine Okla, PhD
Katherine Okla, PhD has her MA and PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Michigan, where she specialized in child and adolescent evaluation and treatment, participating in research and teaching undergraduate and graduate students. She was trained at the U of M’s psychiatric hospitals, completed an internship at the forensic clinic, and was later added as faculty. Dr. Okla has gained clinical experience at hospitals and outpatient clinics serving a wide population across the lifespan, conducing psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations and providing therapy. Dr. Okla has been in private practice in Farmington Hills, MI for over 15 years working with both victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse; providing supervision and education for law enforcement and clinicians regarding forensic interview techniques.
